 Lifestyle sessions make my heart sing. I arrived at the house as the sun was coming up and the littles were waking. What a great honor it was to capture the beauty of this family on a typical Saturday morning. Thank you “R” family for welcoming me in to your home and trusting me with these precious memories.        These two. I just love them so much. Kinsley is my gorgeous sister, and I’ve had the honor of watching her relationship with Chad grow from the very beginning. Now, we are just 2 months away from the wedding day! I’m going to keep this short and sweet because I don’t want to give away all of my MOH speech… Chad, you know I already consider you a brother, and you are Kinsley’s perfect complement. Kinsley, you are beautiful, passionate, and strong and will be an amazing wife. What a wonderful celebration your wedding day will be!! When brainstorming for this session, I wanted it to be a reflection of the two of them as a couple. Those of us who know them, know that they are movie buffs. They love to spend time together going to the theater and relaxing at home watching movies. So, when I suggested we do an engagement session based around this idea, they were both on board! We had a total BLAST! I adore these images- I love how they capture not only their love, but also their ease and playfulness with each other and the subtle looks that are so true to them. And of course we had to include their fur babies in some shots as well! Enjoy!

Tab – wow, these photos are incredible. You captured us (and our sweet kitties) perfectly and I’m still choked up from the intro! I’m so lucky to have you as a sister and can’t wait to share our big day with you right by my side. XOXO PS. I got a good laugh at the pic where you see a popcorn kernel behind me on the couch. My aim was pathetic! PPS. I think you’ve found your niche in photography with lifestyle shooting… I absolutely loved following along in our story, it brought me right back to that special time.

Oh my gosh, Tabitha……these are INCREDIBLE!! I don’t even know what one would be my favorite! I love the popcorn flying!! But I love the up close picture in the 7th one from the bottom. You could see how much he loves her!! Without a doubt!!

Love it! My favorite is the color vertical close up with their noses touching. Also, the second picture with the cats! love that. frame it. lol. This is such a nice quiet “homey” session. I love it and I love seeing you come through these images. It’s really nice when you get to shoot something you love in a style that you love and you can really tell with these! Keep following your passion, Tabitha!  He’s a daddy’s boy. Oh, he adores his mama too. But when his daddy lavishes him with attention (which happens pretty often), he glows. Those deep blue eyes twinkle brightly and that smile couldn’t possibly stretch any wider. That smile. It’s contagious. Heart melting. Breath taking. I find myself doing all sorts of crazy things just to get that smile beaming back at me. We are a family. We dance, we play, we learn, we fight. He says, “I’m spiderman and you be the bad guy.” Mama isn’t always the bad guy. Usually, he insists that I’m Lois or Mary Jane. And he and daddy rescue me. Life changes you. My husband and I have become “those” parents who refer to each other as “mommy” and “daddy.” They’ve become the most prestigious titles we could ever hold. I’ve always longed to capture the real moments. The real emotions. In all their beautiful, perfectly imperfect glory. And so I’ve started with my own family. So when AJ and mommy and daddy look back at these pictures we can say, “that was so us.” I have mountains and miles to grow on this photography journey. Sometimes it’s overwhelming and frustrating. Sometimes it’s encouraging and uplifting. I will continue to push. To improve. To put my heart in the images I take. It is with great pleasure that I share these images of my boys. This is so them at the beach. AJ sitting in his chair, tentative at first. Scoping out and analyzing his surroundings before jumping in with wild abandon. Daddy keeping his boy safe while allowing him to have the time of his life in the waves. And the boy- with purple lips, sandy toes, and a happy heart- all wrapped up in daddy’s arms saying, “I want to do it again!”
Yes, let’s do it again.
I am excited to announce “this is so me” mini sessions! Let’s capture the real you doing what you love with the people you love whether it be splashing in the waves, blowing bubbles, painting pictures, exploring playgrounds, dancing in living rooms, making s’mores, playing superheroes, picking strawberries, reading books in pjs, going to your favorite ice cream shop, you name it! I will be accepting only 2 mini sessions per month available through July 2013. Full lifestyle sessions are also available. Sessions must take place in Brevard County or Palm Beach County. I love this so much! Looks like a beautiful day at the beach that you’ll always remember. I can’t wait to see all the images from the lucky families who book your mini sessions! This is so you.  Alexis and Ed were married on a GORGEOUS Florida day in January with perfect weather for their outdoor wedding at the Jupiter Beach Resort. The couple chose to do a First Look, and it was filled with such sweet moments and anticipation- easily some of my favorite captures of the day. Jessica DeYoung - These are great! My favorites are the b&w with just the dad and the two girls laying in bed and the b&w of just the girl reading in her room. Great work and I’m glad you finally got to do this session! It looks like you got to spend the whole day with them. bed, breakfast, play time, tea, outside play. This needs to be in an album on the coffee table.
Diane - Aww…I was teary as I paged through the whole series. So, so beautiful. You captured so many of George & Cindy’s tastes and values, in pictorial form. And I never noticed before how very cute all the kids’ legs and feet are!
Cindy Rezkalla - Absolutely gorgeous work, Tabitha. Even better than I imagined they would be. I like each image for different reasons, but I have to say I love that one of three sets of legs, all crossed at the ankles! Well done, times a million.
